We are so excited to have been selected to take part in AgTechUCD’s third accelerator programme dedicated to early-stage start-ups with global potential in the AgTech, Agrifood, Equine sectors.

(Pictured (l-r) at UCD Lyons Farm are; Jack Pilkington and Alan O’Donavan (Agri Data Analytics Ireland); PJ Maguire (Moonsyst); Brian Beattie (Prepsheets); Paul Connellan (Burpeez); Marion Cantillon (Pitseal); Tom Turley and Stephen McKeown (Spread It); Stephen O’Dwyer (Trojan Track) and Declan Colbert and Luke Geever (PolyBo).)

This is fantastic news for our customers as it keeps us pushing forward with innovations within Prepsheets, mentoring in really delivering a product that our customers engage with and of course lead us down the road of further investment so we can make Prepsheets the most productive tool in your kitchen along with your knives.

This an intensive 12-week hybrid programme, tailored to address the particular needs and challenges facing start-ups in the agtech, agrifood and equine sectors. The programme is focused on fast tracking the business development and leadership skills of participants and to provide them with the support and guidance needed to accelerate their start-ups in Ireland and on the global stage.

The programme includes dedicated business development workshops and investor readiness training, mentoring from industry experts and business advisors, guest speakers and facilitated introductions to AgTechUCD’s venture capital and business angel networks. This is great for our customers as it will really build on all the work we have already put into the tool and ensure that we continue to grow functionality and enhance the user experience.

The Programme will conclude next January when Prepsheets and the other 7 start-ups will pitch to a panel of investors.

The sponsors of the 2023 AgTechUCD Agccelerator Programme are; AIB, FBD Insurance, Ornua and The Yield Lab. Other programme partners include, Enterprise Ireland, Devenish, Carbery, Ornua, Herdwatch, IFAC and Thrive/SVG Ventures.
