#### Nuts in Bulk: A Supplier Worth Looking At
At Prepsheets, we’re always looking for ways to help our customers save money and improve their margins. That’s not just about having your recipes costed properly — it’s also about knowing where you can get good value on the ingredients you use every day.
We recently came across [**Nuts in Bulk**](https://www.nutsinbulk.ie/), an Irish supplier offering a wide range of dry goods, flours, grains, nuts, seeds and more. They’ve some **great prices**, and if you’ve the space to store bulk and the volume to use it, they’re well worth a look.
Here are a few sale item examples that stood out:
- **Whole black peppercorns (50kg)** – €500.00
That’s just **€10.00/kg**. It’s a great deal, but only if you’ve the space — and use for 50kg.
- **Chickpea flour (50kg)** – €118.75
That’s **€2.38/kg** — ideal if you’re making falafel or anything with a chickpea base.
- **White jasmine rice (50kg)** – €131.25
That’s **€2.63/kg**, which is excellent value if you’re using rice in volume.
Their **sale items** are worth keeping an eye on. Some of the discounts can make a real difference if you're buying regularly.

## It Only Works If You Can Manage It
There’s no point saving money on bulk if the ingredients end up going off or sitting forgotten in storage. The savings only count if you can track what’s there and make sure it’s actually being used.
